[ase-users] testase.py

First of all, testase.py is executable in the svn, so you shouldn't need 
to set it yourself, also: # !usr/bin/env python is already the first line.

I think it sounds like you don't have /ase/tools/ in your system path. 
Could you check that? I.e. write "echo $PATH" in the terminal and check 
that /ase/tools/ is listed somewhere.
