[ase-users] ag - pupynere error

Has anyone had problems using ag with moderatly large ncfiles? I got
this error on a file that is only 292MB in size.

    mm = mmap(self.fp.fileno(), begin_+vsize, access=ACCESS_READ)
EnvironmentError: [Errno 12] Cannot allocate memory

An exception occurred!  Please report the issue to
ase-users at listserv.fysik.dtu.dk - thanks!  Please also report this if
it was a user error, so that a better error message can be provided
next time.
