Unfortunately I don't think that googlecode supports git (yet). But
you can host it at github and the rest at google code for sure, and
you can redirect the source tab to point to your git repo, that's what
we use with sympy:

P.S. My personal bet is that in couple years, pretty much everyone
will just use git. We'll see. :)
