[ase-users] Bug and patch for reading EON .con files

Hello!

I noticed a bug when reading .con files produced by EON: The masses of
the atoms were assigned incorrectly. I attached a patch for
ase/io/eon.py. I would have submitted a bug, but it seems I need to be
logged into trac to do that. I couldn't find how to get an account, did
I miss something?

The patch also changes the function for writing .con files to match the
way EON does it. Most importantly, the indices of the atoms were wrong.
As far as I can see from the EON source code, the indexing bug was not
harmful because EON actually ignores the indices when reading these
files. So this change is more cosmetic, feel free to include or ignore.

Regards,

Tobias
