[ase-users] GPAW test run fail

Hi ,

I am trying to compile GPAW-1.1.0 with Libxc-3.0.0 using anaconda3 .

The libxc has successfully compiled and I could also able to compile GPAW linked
with libxc successfully. But when I am running some test calculation I get the following error-

ImportError: No module named 'encodings'

Could it possibly be due to the Python-3.5 version I am using and numpy-1.11 ?
