Hey everyone,
I'm trying to install dacapo and it's my first time with it. I followed
each step
on the webpage, configuring FFTW and NETCDF. However, for the NETCDF I used
the latest stable version. When I used the following command line to
install it, occurred:
BLASLAPACK="-llapack -lf77blas -lcblas -latlas -lnetcdff -lnetcdf"
NETCDF=/usr/local/netcdf-4.3.3.1/lib
FFTW=/usr/local/fftw2-2.1.5-1.gfortran/lib FFLAGS_OPT="-O3
-funroll-all-loops" make gfortran_fnosecond_underscore
...
gfortran -O3 -funroll-all-loops -fno-second-underscore -fPIC

I tried to look at directly the access of that lib using ld and I got that:
ld /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libhdf5_hl.so.7
ld: warning: cannot find entry symbol _start; not setting start address
Seems that NETCDF is trying to get it but it doesn't get access
symbol_start. Please, any suggestion? How can fix it?
