[ase-users] Two versions of ASE's web-page

Hi!

You may have noticed that you can now choose between two versions of the 
web-page (see lower left corner of the page).

The normal web-page:

     https://wiki.fysik.dtu.dk/ase/

is now created every night from a branch in Git called "web-page".  That 
branch is basically the same as the latests release.

In addition, we now also have:

     https://wiki.fysik.dtu.dk/ase/dev/

created every night from the Git master branch.  Before this change, the 
main web-page would show the documentation for the development version 
of ASE and not the latest stable release.  The new approach should 
hopefully lead to less confused users.  But, I also means that if you 
fix a typo in master and want that to show up on the main web-page you 
will have to push that fix to the "web-page" branch also.
