[ase-users] FAILING TESTS

That error message is about your Python installation not having the
SQLite3 module available (i.e. this is an "import error"). There is
nothing we can do about it: that module is simply missing in your
Python installation.

But don't worry: not having that module does NOT mean that there is
something wrong with your installation. You won't be able to use ASE-
DB, AFAIK that's about it. So you should be perfectly fine. :)

NB: if you ever use a part of ASE that tries to load that module,
you'll know: there will be no silent failure, so if it works, it works.
