[ase-users] Cif files standard

By the way, the bug can not be recreated using the newest Xrayutilities
(commit efa8e7a60515535544d9a04d5057a945f6bb697b from
https://github.com/dkriegner/xrayutilities/). Thus the bug should
disappear in the following release of Xrayutilities.
