[ase-users] PNG writing error

Dear Mr. Jørgen,


These are the versions of the installed packages:

ase-3.13.0
numpy-1.11.3
scipy-0.19.0
Matplotlib 2.0.2.


The output of  "-m ase.test" shows no error. However i can not execute 
the "-m ase.test" command and the "ase info" command as a normal user.
I need to open a command prompt as admin. This was never a problem before.
