[ase-users] Upcoming release: ASE 3.14.0

Dear all,

Hereby a friendly heads-up: We expect to release ASE 3.14.0 on Monday.

That means now is as good a time as any to:

 * report/fix bugs,
 * finish on-going MRs (complicated ones should probably wait till
next release though),
 * update the documentation
 * write/update the translation of the ase gui in your native language
(e.g. German and Chinese translations are both 100 messages short).
