[ase-users] failture when testing ase

Hi Xiaobo Chen,

I have no idea what is happening with tkinter (first error). Thanks for reporting it.
Fortunately this should not impede your work or if it does it'll be very obvious (i.e. `ase gui` crashes). But this won't somehow corrupt the results or anything.

The second error is fine as far as you are concerned: that test counts a number of warnings emitted by the code.
A single warning is expected but 2 are generated instead. This needs to be fixed but it is not a problem for you.

It is exactly the same thing for the 3rd error: very useful for us, needs a fix but fine for you.

In summary, nothing to worry about (unless `ase gui` crashes) and thanks for sending this!
