Dear ase-users,

I have a question in regards to the 'electrostatic potential' in the
transport module.
Is there any way to consider some reasonable bias voltage in the system?
As far as I understood, the scattering part could be viewed as a molecule
junction with no PBC. So in principle the electrostatic potential in this
part could be modified through some constant electric field. But the leads
part are defined as semi-infinite. so this is where I run trouble into.

If there is any misunderstanding in the concept, please do not hesitate to
correct me. It would be helpful if you could give some suggestion in to
this topic.

Thank you very much for your time!

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Jingjing
