[ase-users] Upcoming release 3.20

Dear all,

We should release 3.20 soon, maybe in a week or two.  Now is therefore
an absolutely excellent time to

  1) fix nasty bugs
  2) make sure newly-added features are in good shape so we won't need
breaking changes after the release is out
  3) make sure your favourite features have good test coverage (see
http://ase.gitlab.io/ase/), because untested features are in danger of
deprecation and removal over the next releases.  (Statistics do not
yet include calculators and io formats so they get a free pass for
now)
