[ase-users] Urgent need for a developer

Dear all,

I do not want to spam the mailing lists, but I am in an urgent need for a
developer for GPAW and this should be a good place to ask. The ideal person
would be on postdoc-level or similar.

The project deals with the modification of van-der-Waals interactions in
the presence of (implicit) solvents. We will develop novel approximations
based on macroscopic QED together with the group of S. Buhmann (now Uni
Kassel, Germany) and will implement these to GPAW.

If anybody might be interested to work on this topic and possibly also in
enjoying some time in Freiburg (the town is quite nice), please contact
