[gpaw-users] installation of GPAW on PC

Hi, all
I ask for support for installing the gpaw software on ubuntu 9.10
I tray with command wich is give in the following site

 but when  I run the script ; it give me an error 
no module named gpaw
in that site there is more method to install this code 
and  I am confused
what is the steps  to install this software 
please give me a principal points to install it in my Pc
