[gpaw-users] python script for lrtddft tutorial

Hi,

i noticed that the lrtddft tutorial
https://trac.fysik.dtu.dk/projects/gpaw/browser/trunk/doc/documentation/tddft
does not run as a part of our big tests:
https://wiki.fysik.dtu.dk/gpaw/devel/testing.html#big-tests
and consequently some code is not being tested.
It would be nice to convert the code from the rst files into python scripts,
and maybe to test a case published in the literature in the tutorial.
