Since I'm the server sysadmin of https://svn.fysik.dtu.dk/ let me offer 
a comment: The SVN-server employs only the modern and reasonable safe 
encryption protocols TLS v1.1 and v1.2.

The obsolete and insecure protocols SSL v3 and TLS v1.0 are no longer 
supported, which makes sense after Microsoft stopped support of old IE 
browsers in January 2016.

FYI, Safari browsers from version 7 and up should support modern TLS 
v1.2 protocols.  If you have problems with downloading files from 
https://svn.fysik.dtu.dk/ it's most likely due to obsolete and insecure 
client software.
