[gpaw-users] Hybrid Q/C Field

Dear Bashir Fotouhi,

This feature has been partially outdated/incomplete in the latest GPAW 
version unfortunately.

The following merge request fixes this issue and after it has been 
merged, the feature will be available in GPAW
