[gpaw-users] gpaw-python, missing for dnf and pip installs

gpaw-python seems to be absent after installing gpaw on a fedora 30 
platform,  by any of dnf,  pip, or by pip3.

How or where is the program obtained?   Are there other ways to run GPAW 
with parallelization?

Aside, the intel mpi environment, as well as openmpi, are installed on 
the host computer and parallelization has worked "out of the box" for 
other software packages (c.f.  fdfdpy.)
