Hi,
it looks like you have root access to the system.
Please consider using the packages fftw, nectdf, etc provided by ubuntu
instead of building you own,
see https://listserv.fysik.dtu.dk/pipermail/campos/2010-June/002635.html
(check the ubuntu relevant links there).
Let me know if the names of ubuntu provided packages changed - it's
probably time to update the list.
