[ase-users] problem with the installation of dacapo on Ubuntu

Hi dear Marcin,

I would like to thank you for this reply. But, please, could you be more
specific? For example, I have these two packages installed:

libhdf5-7
libhdf5-dev

Isn't the netcdf taking this as default? Where is the link line when you
write
-lhdf5 -lhdf5_hl
​? Is it would be​ in the command line?
