you need hdf5 on the link line:
BLASLAPACK="-llapack -lf77blas -lcblas -latlas -lhdf5 -lhdf5_hl -lnetcdff -lnetcdf"

new versions of netcdf depend on hdf5.
Try to add the hdf5 libraries on the link line: -lhdf5 -lhdf5_hl
