[ase-users] Mouse scroll not working in ase-gui of ase-3.14.0 on Windows 10

Back to ase-3.12.0, mouse scroll can be used to zoom in/out atoms

However, when using ase-3.13.0 or ase-3.14.0, mouse scroll doesn't work anymore.

These are all based on Windows 10.

(I notice that ase-3.12.0 uses GTK while ase-3.13.0/3.14.0 use TkInter for ase-gui)
