[ase-users] No bin dir in tarball

Hello,

Working through the installation instructions
(https://wiki.fysik.dtu.dk/ase/install.html) under 'Installation from
Source' it says

$ tar -xf ase-3.15.0.tar.gz
$ ln -s ase-3.15.0 ase

then later it says

'Add ~/ase to your PYTHONPATH environment variable and add ~/ase/bin to
PATH.'

But the unpacked tarball does not contain a 'bin' directory.  The cloned
git repo _does_ contain a bin drectory.
