As far as I can tell it includes 3 of the 4 Python scripts in tools/. I'm
don't think there is a need to include the 4th script "sphinx.py" for a
basic install nor to run the tests. With respect to the Python scripts
N2Ru* in tutorials/, all but one (N2Ru-relax.py) are included on the ASE
wiki under "Dissociation", "Dissociation using ANEB" and "Association".
The doc/ directories aren't included because they contain reStructuredText
sources from which the wiki is build, as opposed to actual documentation.

If you want to build the ASE documentation yourself, I would encourage you
to do so by installing the latest development version of ASE instead. This
makes it easier for yourself if or when you decide to make changes to it :)
If you just want to read the ASE documentation, do so online or get Ask to
bundle the HTML pages into an ase-doc package for offline browsing.
