[gpaw-users] Field enhancement

Hi,

The field enhancement is calculated as the total electric field strength
divided by the incident electric field strength. In the case of a delta
kick, the incident electric field strength is proportional to the kick
strength. In the assumed linear response regime the field enhancement
should not depend on the used kick strength.

Best,
Tuomas
